Delivery of Digital Products

Local Legacy Vault is a digital software product. Upon successful payment:

• Immediate Access: You will receive your license and download links immediately after purchase
• Email Confirmation: A confirmation email with your license and download instructions will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout
• Download Links: Download links for Windows, macOS, and Linux versions of the software will be included

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@locallegacyvault.com.

Refund Policy

30-Day Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date for any reason. I believe in the product and want you to be completely satisfied.

How to Request a Refund

2. Include your order number or the email address used for purchase
3. Briefly mention your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

After the 30-Day Period

After 30 days, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the software, please contact us. I am committed to resolving any technical problems you may encounter.

License Types

We offer two license types:

• Personal License ($79): Valid for one (1) computer, lifetime access
• Family License ($129): Valid for up to three (3) computers in the same household, lifetime access

Both license types include free updates and technical support for the lifetime of the product.

What "Lifetime" Means

A "lifetime license" means:

• You pay once and own the software forever
• No monthly or annual subscription fees
• Free access to all future updates and improvements
• The license remains valid as long as the product exists

Payment Security
